Canon ZR930- An Excellent Buy

The Canon ZR 930 is an excellent camera for the user who wants to film birthday parties, projects for school, and for personal hobbies. Though it uses a somewhat older form of media capture (Mini DV), this is what gives it such good video quality.

High Definition camcorders use mainly Mini DV because it allows you to capture every detail. The tapes are cheap, and the camera is relatively inexpensive.

However; don't lose any of its accessories, because Canon charges an arm and a leg for replacing them- and there are no other substitutes. A replacement compact power adapter will cost you $125, while the camera and package itself only costs about $250-275. All in all though, great camera for under $300.
